Employee of the Month: Dawn Oliver

Brookville Home Care is proud to recognize Dawn Oliver as our Employee of the Month for May 2026!

Dawn joined Brookville Home Care in February 2026, but she has been working as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) since January 2020. Since joining our team, she has remained dedicated to the same client, providing consistent, compassionate care and building a strong relationship with both the client and family.

Dawn is known for her warm and caring nature. Her client’s son frequently shares how pleased he is with the care she provides and often describes Dawn as simply amazing.

Her commitment goes far beyond the basics. Despite having a long commute, Dawn is never late for her shift and often arrives early, regardless of the weather.

Dawn is also incredibly dependable, willingly accepting additional shifts whenever needed to help support our clients and team.
Recently, when her client was hospitalized and no aide services were scheduled, Dawn took the time to visit him in the hospital, demonstrating the genuine compassion that makes her such a valued caregiver.

In addition to her outstanding service, Dawn has completed 100% of her Nevvon training requirements, further reflecting her dedication to professional growth and excellence in care.
