We are excited to announce that Sonita Mustafa has been selected as Caregiver of the Month for March 2025!

Sonita was placed on a challenging case at the end of January, where she still currently works. The client, who has dementia, also tends to wander and try to leave the house. Sonita has expertly used her dementia care skills to keep the client safe and secure within the home. Through re-direction, getting to know the client’s unique personality, and engaging in meaningful conversations, Sonita has been able to build a strong connection and create a calm, safe environment.

Her creativity, quick thinking, and ability to engage the client in conversations have been key to overcoming challenges. She consistently finds ways to keep the client engaged while ensuring their safety. We are so proud to have Sonita as a part of our team and truly value the dedication and care she provides.
